IT’S POSSIBLE
You can create a healing journey through intention, responsibility, and an open heart.
I’M MAIA,
a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Vermont and California.
The intention of my counseling practice is to support my clients in self-love and self-responsibility. I offer clear guidance on the way to wholeness. This includes letting go of beliefs or mindsets that are pathologizing or focus on what’s “wrong with you.”
To address root issues and trauma, I take a gentle approach. Together we will slowly and respectfully attend to wounded parts. By building a trusting relationship with your adult, healthy self now, these wounded parts can be cared for and integrated into your whole being. In addition to a psychodynamic approach, I use Internal Family Systems techniques to bring harmony to your internal system.
I encourage my clients to know what they want, to live in alignment with themselves and Nature, and to claim their authentic power. My work is efficient, direct, and collaborative.
