Ecotherapy is a nature-based approach to mental health. It is the practice of nurturing a deep connection to your self and Earth. It includes applied, nature-connection exercises to draw on nature as a source for healing.

disempowerment - feeling helpless and hopeless

spiritual - loss of connection to Nature/Universe
Sessions
I offer a number of Ecotherapy groups during the warmer months of the year in Brooklyn and New York, NY. These groups of 5-10 participants take place outside in a park. Sessions include a guided nature-connection meditation, nature dialogue in a quiet spot of your own, and time to share and process your experience with the group. How I Help
Teach practices to reconnect you to self, body, nature, and community.

I am certified in Ecotherapy from Pacifica Graduate Institute and in permaculture design from Quail Springs.
