Intuitive body retreat

Cenote in Mexico

Puerto morelos, mexico

November 19-25, 2023

An experiential retreat centered around mindful eating, embodied movement, and ecotherapy (nature-based healing). Led by yoga and somatic guide, Gaby Goldberg and licensed psychotherapist, Maia Kiley.

This is a powerful opportunity to drop deeply into your being-ness and presence within intentional community. A guided week of exploration of the relationship between body, food, and nature. And to ground into your body through intuitive listening. During this week we will live into the new way - a feminine, regenerative way of being.

Enjoy days full of movement, meditation, rich learning, and expansion. Daily embodiment practice includes yoga, dance, breath work, guided meditation/visualization, and practical intuition building through sensory awareness.

Teachings and discussions support the deepening and expansion of your inner experience and ways to transform that knowledge into aligned action in the world.

Ecotherapy sessions provide a container for a purposeful relationship with Earth. Cultivate Nature as source.

Your stay includes comfortable rooms supplied with bedding, towels, AC, fridge, a safe, and private or shared bathroom depending on the room you book. Rooms include coffee makers, unlimited coffee, basic toiletries, and unlimited filtered drinking water. Nourishing, high-protein vegetarian meals are shared on the rooftop dining palapa and cooked by the house chef. Casa Om runs a vegetarian kitchen influenced by the yogic principle of Ahimsa, or non-harming/non-violence. Our food is prepared with love and intention. The kitchen can accommodate requests to support your needs. The center offers simple spa services, a pool, hammocks, and our common areas are shared with birds and turtles! Check out a video of the space!

Playa de Puerto Morelos is home to the second-largest coral reef in the world, offering amazing snorkeling alongside tropical fish. Experiencing the beautiful underwater world is pure magic!

West of the beach is la Ruta de Los Cenotes, a road with access to natural ancient pools of water along the way. Cenotes expose crystal-clear groundwater and offer gorgeous places to swim, jump in, or simply take in the powerful energy of flowing water. The ancient Maya accessed cenotes as a water source and a site for sacred ceremonies and rituals. Cenotes are a symbol of life and death and connect us to worlds beyond the physical realm; they were a place to honor the gods.
